When an International Relocation Program is authorized to MC Language Consulting, our Relocation Consultants communicate immediately with the executive via phone or email to introduce themselves and explain the services that have been authorized. A time is then scheduled with the assignee and an extensive needs analysis is conducted.

Our Relocation Consultants spend considerable time with the assignee, defining and assessing needs and collecting information. We strongly believe that up-front planning significantly limits costly mistakes later in the relocation process.

Once all the information has been gathered, a Welcome Package with a customized program is designed for the assignee and family and includes comprehensive information and program agenda. Each day our Consultant works with the assignee and he or she is required to submit a status report to the MC Language Consulting Program Coordinator.
