MC Language Consulting offers Human Resources Assistance in the candidate selection process through the appropriate placement Testing and Evaluation system in different languages.

Over the years, we have developed a Language Testing and Evaluation system that allows enterprises to recruit new employees with the right language skills required for the vacant position.

This key tool in the candidate selection process can also be used to assess the language proficiency of current employees.

Our Language Assessment Test takes place as follows:
► Written section: evaluates the written and reading comprehensive skills.
► Communication test: evaluates listening comprehension and oral expression.

Once the test has been conducted, MC Language Consulting submits a detailed evaluation report which includes the candidate level and any relevant comments related to his strengths, weaknesses and type of training suggested.
