Workshops:
Our team is very flexible and adapts to the needs of your company in Individual or Group Classes:

Large and small groups.
Weekly lessons at the workplace.
Length of lessons is 40 minutes at least.
The minimum number of persons to be defined with the company.

Group program:
Yoga classes with specific activities according to the needs of each participant to manage stress by:

Meditation techniques.
Breathing exercises.
Yoga postures to relieve anxiety, sharpen the mind and create a sense of wellbeing.

Individual follow-up:
Private or group classes are taught in a room and then continue in their own individual sites/desks, showing the most common unhealthy positions and suggesting possible improvements in postures (shoulder, neck, waist, leg position).
